What is the Registry?

The Arts and Culture Registry is a free service designed to be a comprehensive and inclusive list of artists and arts organizations serving Long Beach, California. It improves visibility for Long Beach’s impressive talent pool and offers a vehicle for local exposure and networking.

The Registry is a collaborative project developed by the Leadership Long Beach Class of 2009, the Arts Council for Long Beach and the City of Long Beach Economic and Cultural Arts Bureau. The Registry is maintained by the Arts Council for Long Beach.

How does it work?

If you sign up on the Registry, you create your own profile and send it to a Registry administrator at the Arts Council for Long Beach. We review each profile to check for eligibility. If your profile is accepted, we automatically post your profile online.

You can update or delete your profile at any time by logging into the Registry. If you update your profile, it is temporarily pulled off-line until we approve the edits and re-post your profile.

Who can Join?

The Registry is open to any artist who lives, works, performs or exhibits in Long Beach, California. The Registry is also open to arts organizations that operate within City limits or primarily serve the Long Beach community.

Is there a cost to being included?

No. The Registry is a free service.

What if I need to make changes to my information?

You can update or delete your profile at any time by logging into the Registry. Click here to log in to your profile. After you update your profile, it is temporarily pulled off-line until we review your edits and re-post your profile.

What if I lose my Log-in or Password?

We can re-send your log-in and password to you.
